The Ford Agency is working with a national association to fill a long term temporary HR Assistant position. This role will contribute to a broad range of HR related functions and provide all around team support. This Assistant role is a great opportunity for a candidate with demonstrated administrative experience looking to gain well-rounded experience in HR and recruiting!
Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling interviews for HR team
- Writing and posting job descriptions
- Managing ATS and updating candidate data
- Assisting with verifications and manage employee documents
- Preparing onboarding materials
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Previous administrative experience ideally in association or non-profit setting
- Knowledge of MS Office and Zoom
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Great interpersonal skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
